For $1.75 mill, Breezy now has a minimalistic, yet chic and understated luxe, new penthouse in West Hollywood.  The condo spans the entire penthouse level and is 3,000 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Features include floor-to-ceiling windows that show off a balcony overlooking the L.A. skyline, top of the line stainless steel appliances, private elevator access, and sleek bamboo wood floors.

Lady Gaga Says Madonna Approves Of 'Born This Way'

Madonna's people e-mailed their 'love and complete support,' Gaga tells Jay Leno.

After a number of fans and critics pointed out the similarities between Lady Gaga's smash new single "Born This Way" and a few of Madonna's songs (including "Express Yourself" and "Vogue"), Gaga went on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on Monday to say that she's gotten the Material Girl's stamp of approval.

Twenty-four hours after Gaga wowed the Grammy audience with her space-egg entrance, Leno asked the singer how she felt about the many comparisons to Madonna's work. Mother Monster assured him that there is no beef between her and Madonna over the song.

"There is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me," said Gaga, who furthered the controversy during her Grammy performance by rocking a long blond ponytail that also recalled a classic Madonna look. "I am the hugest fan personally and professionally."

In fact, Gaga said she recently got a note from Madonna, who said she liked the song and had no problem with the homage. "Well, the good news is that I got an e-mail from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single, and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be," she said.

Gaga, who picked up three Grammy awards on Sunday night, appeared on Leno's show wearing a gauzy black dress over a visible black bra and panties and a black head scarf, accessorized with a black vinyl Batman-like mask, as well as what appears to be her new monster-movie inspired look, complete with glued-on facial ridges. She displayed her three Grammys on Leno's desk and, as a Valentine's Day treat, crammed them with M&M's, the talk-show host's favorite candy.

"I think today in music, the freedom in the song, the sort of R&B, early-'90s vibe that it has, it's so full of love and spirit, and I think it's the spirit that people are reacting to the most," said Gaga of her already hit single. "I just want everyone to rejoice and celebrate and be unafraid to be happy with music. It doesn't always have to be so dark. It doesn't always have to be so sexy. Sometimes it's wonderful just to celebrate life and go to church with it."

'I Am Number Four' Director Says Aliens 'Much More Intriguing' Than Vampires

D.J. Caruso and stars Alex Pettyfer and Timothy Olyphant discuss which is the better fantasy character.

If one were to pinpoint a particular fantasy character that has dominated pop culture over the past few years, most people would agree that vampires have taken center stage as the mythological figure of the moment.

However, with extreme popularity often comes a point of overexposure. Not that we've reached that point yet with the fang fixation, but there are other creatures waiting in the wings. Take the new alien-adventure movie "I Am Number Four," for example, which showcases a sexy new take on the stereotypical green Marvin the Martian-type aliens.

When MTV News caught up with the film's director, D.J. Caruso, and stars Alex Pettyfer and Timothy Olyphant recently, we posed them an important question: Are aliens the new vampires?

"I didn't notice aliens kind of going in and out of fashion," said Olyphant, who plays mentor Henri to Pettyfer's Number Four (John Smith). "Where vampires kind of come and go, aliens, in general, it's a broader palette, so they've been around," he explained.

Caruso said: "I'd take aliens over vampires any day. Aliens are much more intriguing."

The "Disturbia" director agreed with Olyphant's sentiments about extra-terrestrial longevity. "Aliens have always been around," he said. "Vampires: They're wearing out."

Plus, while vampire stories are based in fiction, we can't say for certain whether life exists on other planets or in other galaxies.

On the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe, Pettyfer said, "There's got to be something out there — one way or another."

Caruso agreed: "I think there's something else out there. I can't imagine that God's just allowing this one planet to function; I think he's got a bunch of experiments floating around."

Check out everything we've got on " I Am Number Four."

Robert Plant And Alison Krauss Win Grammy Album Of The Year

Raising Sand, from Led Zeppelin vet and bluegrass superstar, wins five Grammys on Sunday night.

"I'm bewildered," Robert Plant said onstage as he accepted the Grammy Album of the Year award with Alison Krauss on Sunday night. "In the old days we would have called this selling out, but it's a good way to spend a Sunday."

He was probably one of the few who were surprised, because Raising Sand, which won five trophies at Sunday night's show, is in many ways the perfect Grammy album. It features two respected veterans, a critically lauded producer, some sandpaper-and-velvet vocals and a baker's dozen of time-tested standards.

You're probably familiar with Robert Plant from his Led Zeppelin days, and you might be aware of producer T-Bone Burnett's work on the "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" soundtrack (it won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 2002). And if you don't know who Alison Krauss is, she possesses a haunting set of pipes and is one of the meanest fiddle players in the world. Oh, and she's won 21 Grammys, more than any other female artist and the seventh-most in history.

Really, she's the key to Sand's success, and not just because of her voice (or her fiddle playing). She and Plant first met in 2004, at a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tribute to legendary bluesman Leadbelly, and the former Zeppelin man was amazed by her knowledge of American Roots music — so much so that they began kicking around the idea of recording an album together. Three years later, Sand was released.

And while Plant possesses the more famous voice, the album's finest moments radiate from Krauss. Whether she's getting bluesy on Little Milton's "Let Your Loss Be Your Lesson" or entwining with Plant's husky voice on songs like "Please Read the Letter" and Roly Salley's winsome "Killing the Blues," she more than carries her end of the bargain.

And perhaps that's also due to producer Burnett, who handpicked the 13 songs the duo cover on Sand. His arrangements are sparse — giving the two voices ample room to breathe — yet dense, warm and crackling at the same time. It's a testament to his work that he's often given just as much billing as Plant and Krauss on the project ... and it's certainly justified.

To date, Sand has sold more than 1 million copies, heaped tons of acclaim and actually earned a Grammy last year — "Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On)" took home the award for Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals.

One expert was surprised not by the album's success, but by the fact that it's actually quite a good album.

"At first, the album seemed like a vanity project. ... Two names, clearly a one-off record, didn't have to be any good, you know?" New York Times music critic Jon Caramanica said. "Led Zeppelin fans would buy it because of Robert Plant, Alison Krauss would get a check. But it actually turned out to be a really thoughtful, really good record. So when you combine all that with the fact that the Grammys love to lionize one of their own, I could really see it taking home some awards."

Justin Bieber's 'CSI' Appearance: A Cheat Sheet

Everything you need to know before Thursday's (February 17) episode.
By Jocelyn Vena

Justin Bieber appears on "CSI"

Last September, Justin Bieber made his first of two appearances on "CSI." In the episode, he played a troubled teen named Jason McCann. Amid plot twists and bomb explosions, fans were left wondering if young Jason was more trouble than he seemed.

Bieber returned to the "CSI" set in January, and while on set, he was hospitalized with an allergic reaction. But Bieber was fine enough to finish shooting his big second episode, "A Target of Obsession," which airs Thursday night (February 17).

"CSI" star George Eads, who plays Bieber's foil in the episode (Nick Stokes), revealed that Jason wouldn't live to see another day by the episode's end. "One of my crew guys goes, 'Man, you're going to split the country down the middle — half of them are going to hate you and half of them are going to love you,' " Eads said. "In the context of the story, he deserved it. I think in a way I was also at fault for killing Taylor Swift, too. Man, I'm going to have to stay away from a lot of people. Tell Miley Cyrus not to come on our show."

Bieber told MTV News earlier this month that he really loved being involved in the whole process of making the episode, including his fake death.

"Yeah, I get killed in the episode. I definitely get murdered," he revealed. "It was really cool because I actually — I get shot, like, several times," he revealed. "I fall down, and there's fake blood and everything. It's crazy how the whole process is."

Bieber also shared that he enjoyed stretching his bad-boy muscle for the part. "I'm not a bad person, so it's funny to play a bad person," he explained.

As for why the pop star chose "CSI" for his acting debut, he said, "I wanted to do something that's going to be challenging for me, and it's definitely going to be. It has been."
